Visualizations

Visualization is a powerful technique used by professional athletes, actors, healers and other professionals.

Visualization is the process of actively imagining in your mind what ever it is you want to achieve. The reason this is so powerful is because you create images in your mind of seeing yourself with what it is you want, you are generating thoughts and feelings of having it in the now. Visualization is concentrated focused thought put into images and it causes strong feelings. When you are visualizing, you are emitting the powerful frequency out into the universe.

When you visualize, you materialize.

For example, Olympic athletes were trained to visualize the event in their mind and then they were hooked up to a biofeedback machine. The same muscle fired in the same sequence as when they were actually running the race on the track. What this proves is that when you have been there in the mind, you can go there in the body.

Visualization is all about achieving your dreams. The interesting thing for us is that this technique works for anything that we want to do, visualizing yourself achieving good health, success, happiness etc., whatever it is you want to achieve, dramatically improves your chances of achieving it.

Visualization techniques can be applied to almost every aspect of human endeavor, from goal setting, sports performance, self-healing to problem-solving and decision-making. Visualization can relieve pain, speed healing and help the body subdue hundreds of ailments.

Techniques for Visualization

You can visualize virtually anywhere. Find a quiet, comfortable, safe place where you will not be disturbed. Simply focus your mind on what you want to achieve, keep replaying the internal images of yourself actually achieving it. Practice this several times a day, 15-20 minutes.

Think of something you might want to try this technique on, concentrate and imagine yourself in the situation, be realistic about the experience, keep it true to how you expect it to be, see yourself doing it, being it feeling it, imagine yourself through others eyes, seeing yourself succeed. See yourself as if it already is.

Even seemingly impossible goals are achievable, thousands before us have reached for the impossible and achieved it; there is no reason why you can’t. You can do it! When you can visualize the path to what you want, you must of course be prepared to live it.

  • Visualize prosperity & abundance.

  • Visualize happiness & well-being.

  • Visualize success.
